Equivalent Experience
Description:The quality technicians will be responsible for:
Interacting with line inspectors to investigate any visual quality issues
Perform hourly quality checks on product to test weight and density
Complete time testing on product to see how it ages
Perform paperwork documentation on all quality testing performed
Must follow all GMP procedures
Supports the Development of Food Safety and Quality training, with the QSL and conducts training on food safety and quality requirements for all employees in the bakery
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2 years experience in quality - food quality experience preferred but not required
Experience Level:
Entry Level
