What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician II position at Actalent?
Description:
Day-to-day:
70% on production floor performing quality checks, ensuring quality processes, and maintaining proper documentation. 30% in the lab – extent of lab work includes prepping samples to send out to 3rd party testing partner, and basic testing (pH meter, viscometer, FTIR, densitometer, analytical, micro, assays, etc). Accurately interprets and follows reference documentation, such as specifications and SOPs. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP's). Effectively communicates Quality-related information both verbally and in written form internally and to external customers.
