What are the responsibilities and job description for the R&D Engineering Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
Performs functions associated with all R&D lab operations, including working with engineers in fixture assembly/qualification and testing related to the fixtures and product.
Must have attention to detail and be able to work with minimal instruction on daily basis. Must be able to multitask when needed to incorporate new assignments. Must have necessary judgement in resolving issues and in making recommendations. Must be capable of troubleshooting in house equipment and fixtures with engineering support. Must be capable of troubleshooting electrical challenges with engineering support.
Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control and modify R&D fixturing and processes. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
