R&D Lab Technician

Actalent is looking for an entry level R&D Lab Tech to join the team in Marysville! Hours are 8-5, M-F.

Description:

• Perform Routine General Chemistry analyses and sample preparation
• Organize and perform analytical characterization, sensory, evaluations and shelf life studies.
• Perform routine in-house chemical and physical testing
• Prepare and conduct bench and mid-scale trials
• Monitor and maintain basic analytical equipment
• Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment
• Accurately document analytical analysis
• Comply with the Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors of Science (Chemistry is preferred, closely related degrees are accepted)
• Microsoft office experience
• Able to lift 20 pounds
