What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiation Therapist position at Actalent?
Job Description:
Provides a variety of technical procedures associated with Radiation Therapy Treatments to patients with clinical supervision from the Radiation Oncologist and the Medical Physicist. Works effectively with the Radiation Oncology team to provide excellent customer service in a compassionate and supportive environment. Assumes a lead role in the clinical implementation of new programs in the department.
Required Experience:
Two years clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist desirable
Education:
Graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiation Therapy Technology.

ARRT, Truebeen, Radiation, Radiology, oncology
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Licensures/Certifications:
• Board Certified by ARRT.
• Maryland State Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist
• Current CPR Certification
