What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Manager position at Actalent?
Description:
Coordinate all aspects of CRI-SIL Silicone Technologies
and KRI-Color Silicone Dispersions environmental, health, safety, and
regulatory programs. This person will be working closely with our human
resource, technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure all regulatory
and EHS laws/regulations are met.
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
o Develop new compound/dispersion SDSs as needed for both
companies
o Review and update current compound/dispersion SDSs and ensure
they are meeting all requirements and are accurate according to the SDS
regulations
o Manage all SDS-compliant labels for our products
o Manage vendor SDS program
- Regulatory
o Manage all REACH (SVHC), RoHS, Conflict Mineral, and similar
compliance responses
o Manage all FDA declarations
o Manage vendor regulatory files for purchased products
o Manage all external regulatory audits and inspection
o Interacts with vendors, customers, and government regulatory
agencies to ensure compliance with individual regulatory requirements.
- Environmental
o Ensures company compliance with all Federal, State, and
corporate environmental policies and regulations.
o Manage Hazardous waste program
o Act as company representative on issues related to
environmental protection concerns.
