REMOTE Senior Wastewater Structural Engineer

We are looking to hire a full-time Remote Wastewater Structural Design Engineer. We are hiring for multiple roles, ranging

from entry-level to experienced.

Job Responsibilities

• Structural engineering design for tanks, basins and building facilities at water and wastewater treatment plants
• Structural engineering design for industrial water facilities
• Design concrete, steel, and masonry structures
• Design concrete structures utilizing ACI 350 for Environmental Structures
• Preform condition assessments of existing structures
• Prepare detailed design sketches, and coordinate with designer staff to prepare BIM models and design drawings
• Prepare construction specifications Utilize STAAD Pro, RAM, Enercalc and other software for structural design
• Coordinate structural project work with architects and process, mechanical, and electrical engineering staff

Additional Details

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Structural Engineering Design Experience
• Structural Design Experience of wastewater treatment plants and water industrial facilities including design for tanks and basins
• STAAD or RISA
• MathCAD Experience
• Familiarity with ACI 350 (Design concrete structures utilizing ACI 350 for Environmental Structures)
• Knowledge of Design of Concrete, Steel, and Masonry structures
• Professional Engineer License - not required but preferred
