What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Scientist position at Actalent?
Description:
*Participate in lab and experiment planning to safely and efficiently carry out required experiments to advance skin research work
*Follow written experimental and equipment operation procedures with high attention to detail and ability to perform tasks independently
*Employ effective written and oral communication to document findings and report to appropriate team members
*Maintain safety and contribute to a safe and efficient/functioning laboratory
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
*B.S. in Biology/Biomedical Science with lab expertise in cellular biology and/or microbio and biomed engineering
*Experience in a BSL-2 lab and culturing primary cells and/or tissue explants, including media development
*Experience conducting cell-based assays, cytokine qualification, ELISA, qRT-PCR
*Experience in laboratory procedure and protocols and data analyzation
