Job Description
- Design, execute, and analyze PCR bio distribution studies.
- Conduct Western Blot analysis and interpret data.
- Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards.
- Collaborate with CROs (Contract Research Organizations) to manage and oversee project deliverables.
- Perform in vivo studies and analyze results.
- Utilize PCR-based GES for genetic analysis and experimentation.
- Operate and maintain LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) equipment for sample analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists and research staff.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or master’s degree in molecular biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting, CRO preferred.
- Proven experience with PCR bio distribution and PCR-based GES.
- Proficiency in Western Blot techniques and data interpretation.
- In-depth knowledge of GLP standards and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with in vivo studies and related methodologies.
- Expertise in operating and troubleshooting LCMS equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
