Job Title: Senior Job Captain

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Job Captain to support our retail team. You will work under the general supervision of a Sr. project manager, providing support in design development, construction documents, and construction administration. This role is ideal for someone with a strong history in commercial interior architecture and retail projects.

Hard Skills

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 9 years of experience working at an architecture firm in the US
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience in Core & Shell/Building envelope design
• Ability to support a project from concept to completion
• Experience with retail projects - prototypical/rollout
• Experience supporting 5-10 projects simultaneously

Work Environment

Fully remote work environment. Studios are open for those who prefer to work hybrid/in-person. Typical workday is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but we offer highly flexible work times.
