Job Title: High Level Software Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a High Level Software Developer to join our team in a hybrid role, based partially on-site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. As a High Level Developer, you will be pivotal in providing cyber analysis and development capabilities aimed at enhancing Cyber Situational Awareness, Cyber Command and Control, Mission Assurance, and Homeland Defense for the Navy and Department of Defense. Your role includes analyzing operational requirements, conducting cyber analyses, assessments, and developing methodologies to support cyber risk assessment life cycles. You will be instrumental in the rapid design, development, test, deployment, maintenance, and operation of specific software and hardware capabilities, implementing new features within critical business applications that support mission assurance and operational management functions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier software engineering and cyber security experts, developing innovative solutions to modern military cyber defense challenges.

Hard Skills

• .NET experience (preferably .NET6 or .NET8)
• Angular 16 or 18 / Typescript
• .NET / C#
• React.JS
• Sec certification

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in agile team environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to participate in all phases of the application lifecycle

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in NA, Virginia and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid, requiring on-site presence no less than 3 days a wee
