My client is a award winning mid sized Engineering firm with multiple offices in New Jersey. They are licensed to work in a variety of states across the country and they are looking to add a Structural Engineer to their team. This opportunity offers employees with a chance to work on different projects in multiple states, continued education and potential bonuses. They are looking to add someone to their team immediately.
Description:
- Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of Existing Conditions, Preliminary Design, Schematic Design, and Construction Drawings and Documents, including specifications, throughout the project life cycle
- Perform Zoning Ordinance and Building Code analyses and apply the provisions of these items as they affect compliance depicted within the Construction Documents.
- Provide testimony before local Planning and Zoning boards
