Software Engineer

Description:

- Design, develop, test and maintain embedded software systems

- Write code for microcontrollers, microprocessors, and hardware components

- Manage memory, system integration, and hardware-software interfaces

- Develop software requirements

- Code development

- Debug & troubleshoot software-related issues for optimal performance

- Develop and maintain device drivers for hardware interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C)

- Develop and maintain aerospace interfaces (ARINC429, ARINC717, QAR, Protocols)

- Hardware integration

- Test development

Skills:

C/c , embedded, Software development, test, bare metal, UART, SPI, I2C, ARINC429, ARINC717, QAR, ISO, Mil-STD, AS9100, AS9102, GIT, JIRA, DOORS, DO326, DO-178

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering

- 5 years in embedded software development in a regulated industry; DO-17 preferred

- C/C embedded software programming

- Software debugging

- GIT, JIRA

- Experience with requirements management systems (DOORS)
