Solar Superintendent

Looking for an Electrical Superintendent to oversee a 1 MW solar project kicking off in May.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Overlook racking and electrical for a solar farm being energized at the end of the year
• Enforce safety/regulatory policies and procedures
• Set daily/weekly productivity standards for contractors and subs
• Develop 3-week look ahead schedule and work with construction managers to ensure schedule is met
• Coordinate deliveries or equipment with logistics team and subs
• Reviews plans and specifics
• Partner with others on documentation, safety, and completion of construction

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Construction management, oversight or lead experience
• OSHA 10
• Knowledge of PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to take site photos and document progress of the solar site
• **Local Candidates Preferred. Project is expected to go through the end of the year. After this, potential to travel with the company if open to it. If not open to travel, contract will end when the project is complete.
