Job Title: Sr R&D Design Engineer
Job Description
• Create Computer Aided Design (CAD) models, assemblies, and drawings using the Solidworks CAD system.
• Maintain an organized archive of all design concepts and files.
• Perform dimension and tolerance analysis on part assemblies.
• Participate in facilitated training and development programs designed to increase knowledge in issues related to medical device manufacturing and development, such as good manufacturing practice (GMP) and Total Quality, and their application.
• Assist in the design and construction of test fixtures and prototypes to accomplish assigned project and testing goals.
• Write test protocols and reports.
