Structural Engineer

Description:

We have an immediate opening for a Structural Engineer. They service the heavy industrial industry; such as, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, etc. with Project Management, Piping, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Process, Electrical, Controls, Commissioning, and Validation. Some of their clients include: Chrysler, Lilly, Citizens, Cummins, Pepsico, and many more large industrial companies.

This individual will be working under a Senior Structural Engineer. This individual will be performing engineering calculations and design work within Revit, Solidworks (for sheet metal and steel), AutoCAD 2D (primary software) and other software. This individual does not necessarily have to do their own drafting as they do have a team of drafters who support the engineers. They will be focused on meeting with clients, provide solutions/problem solving, performing engineering calculations, and code and spec research.

They work on a wide variety of projects that includes: Structural steel, concrete foundations, and a variety of industrial upgrades (rail systems, roof integrity study, code research, etc.) * Please see Projects page on website*
