Job Title: Substation Engineer

Job Description

Looking for an Electrical Engineer with an interest in Power Delivery and Renewables projects. This individual will be a key member of a growing team and will provide day-to-day execution of electrical engineering and design work for power delivery facilities, specifically substations, solar, battery storage, data centers, and hydropower stations. Cross training between multiple power delivery projects and the ability to cross train in different areas such as substation, power generation, and distribution.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lexington, Kentucky and some days remote.

Work Environment

Sit in Lexington, KY or Brentwood, TN office. Hybrid work schedule, though prefer in-office as much as possible for first few weeks or even longer for more entry-level candidates. Engineering office in Lexington Kentucky, roughly 100 engineers of various disciplines. Can sit in Kentucky or Tennessee. Flex schedule travel to sites less than 15% travel. MUST HAVE physical address in KY, TN, or AR.
