Job Title: Superintendent
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to manage our new firehouse project in Champaign, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client expectations by providing continuous communication on project budget and schedule. You will run comprehensive project schedules and oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process. This role requires collaboration with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project schedule, mediating field conflicts between subcontractors, negotiating and writing contracts with subcontractors and vendors, expediting permitting with state and local government agencies, and organizing project weather logs, safety reports, and daily Superintendent reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations by providing continuous communication on project budget and schedule

Must have qualifications:
- 5 years of post-graduate construction experience in US standard
- Experience must be coming from a general contractor
- Project experience from Municipal/Public preferred, commercial experience
- Interior renovation/remodel experience
- Ability to work on projects up to $5M
