Description:
The Survey Manager is responsible for managing in-house and third-party survey operations. The employee will be responsible for ensuring all survey work is conducted with quality, and to appropriate industry standards. This will include checking data and deliverables for quality, and preparing certified deliverables for clients. The Survey Manager will be responsible for developing and conducting survey training for field staff and be available for troubleshooting or support to field staff as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Plans/oversees, trains (as needed), directs, and coordinates.
• Responsible for quality control of drawings and legal descriptions
• Adheres to corporate QA/QC guidelines and principles
Qualifications:
• Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS)
• At least 5 years of demonstrated management experience as Licensed Surveyor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage projects including developing scope of work, schedule and fee
• Supports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals
• Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity
• Experience with TxDOT
