What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Party Chief position at Actalent?
Survey Party Chief Role!
Description:
* Will play an vital role in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, engineers, and contractors
* Will be responsible for leading a 1-2 man crew on site
* Will be working under / reporting to a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
* Seeking an individual that is able to use GPS equipment for data collection. Data collection is a large part of the role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
* Previous Surveying experience - Boundary Surveying, Route Surveying, Topographic Surveying, or Construction Staking.
* Enthusiasm to help build a surveying department.
Nice-to-have:
* AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson experience
