• Provide SAP ME and Proplanner computer systems support for assembly operations.
• Provide support for PINpoint integration with SAP.
• Follow and utilize principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement, Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work.
• Relies on independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks.
• Must meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Cross-functional communication to complete tasks.
• Provide summaries to leadership.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This is suited for a 2year degree (will take a BS).
SAP ME experience (highly preferred)
BCP recently went through a SAP migration and there are daily issues effecting operator process and work instructions causing delays in production
This person is first line of defense to walk to the station, identify the issue, troubleshoot within SAP and put a preventative measure in place to avoid future issues.
If the issues needs to be escalated, a CI ticket will be created.
99% of the issues can be diagnosed and troubleshooting on the floor with the operator
They are other side projects this person will have autonomy to lead when there is down time on SAP/CI Issues.
Our current consultant created a Power BI reporting that shows upcoming issues to track trends.
This person may see anywhere from 15 issues up to 43 issues that need to be resolved on a daily basis.
