Systems Engineer

JOB DUTIES

Seeking a qualified a Systems Engineer for their Terminal in Carteret, NJ. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the priorities of the Technical Services Group. The Engineer will be responsible for creating records, enforcing standards, and developing solutions to technical problems related to systems' controls. They will oversee the implementation, coordination, and general oversight of all SCADA, electrical, and instrumentation activities at the terminal, while assisting maintenance in troubleshooting and solving facility automation and control problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4 years experience, Experience with unionized workforce a plus. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software Systems. Factory training & experience with various Rockwell Automation PLC (SLC, PLC-5, ControlLogix) platforms a plus. SCADA, Programming AND FAT  is a plus!

The Engineer will work with advanced systems and technologies, including SCADA, PLC, HMI, and Rockwell Automation platforms. This exposure to state-of-the-art technology will allow the candidate to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and enhance their technical skills.
