Job Description:
The Travel Service Technician will be responsible for traveling to various client sites nationwide to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with the vehicle battery pack and/or wire harnesses. Applicants should have outstanding communication skills and be open to 75% weekly travel.
• Ideally 5 Years Experience, but willing to substitute a technical degree for experience
• Technical experience from an automotive level, either technician ASE certified OR have trouble shooting skills that could qualify them as an expert when it comes to troubleshooting issues or diagnosis issues with automotive electrical circuits
• Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with customers and must be able to handle challenging situations

- harness experience
- ability to troubleshoot
- communication well and have patience - fluid environment that changes rapidly
- technical troubleshooting involving electrical systems
Work Environment:
• Can work remotely and travel 75-100% of the time, or if willing to relocate to Cullman, AL then travel will be 50% with 50% working from the office.
