Medical Assistant responsibilities include check-in, obtaining patient information (height, weight, medical questionnaire), recording vitals such as blood pressure, and assisting the physician.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in St. Augustine, Florida.
Work Environment
Fast-paced Neurology clinic that services 120-140 patients per week among 10 total providers, including 7 physicians and several other specialty providers.
The team consists of 7 Medical Assistants at full capacity, 2 Check-In and 2 Check-Out Associates, 2 Medical Records Clerks, 1 Office Float that works in check-in / out and medical records as needed, and 4 nurses.
80% of the patient load are Medicare patients.
