Position Details:
Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Poughkeepsie,
Fishkill, Kingston, Brewster, Katonah, Mount Kisco, Cortland Manor, Carmel,
Jefferson Valley, Yorktown, Rhinebeck, Briarcliff
Job Type: Fulltime
Shifts: Monday-Friday
8am-530pm
Responsibilities:
· Obtain blood specimens
and collect non-blood specimens such as urine, sputum, and throat swabs for
laboratory testing
· Accurately label specimens to be tested
· Complete blood draws on patients using both straight and butterfly needles
· Document all patient information accordingly within the EMR system
Requirements:
· 6 months of phlebotomy experience
