What are the responsibilities and job description for the User Researcher position at Actalent?
Description:
- Gather, clarify and prioritize key questions from the product management team to help define, plan, and execute research from concept testing through launch. This includes iterative testing in a fast-paced environment and usability testing
- Deliver high quality research insights, conveyed in clear and concise presentations/reports
- Present your insights to the product management team, including Product Managers and Designers, while finding other creative ways to share your insights
- Partner with Product Managers, User Experience Designers, Industrial Designers, Product Planners, and Marketing to plan research and ensure your work is impacting product decisions while advocating for our customers
- Based on your research insights, build and document foundational knowledge and learnings to be leveraged for future product designs
- Be an advocate for the Sonos customer and product research.
