Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Summary: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for creating a strategic sales program to aggressively generate sales within the new market. They will interact with potential clients and customers who need staffing support, listen to their needs, establish a close relationship and find employees to help them achieve their business goals. The Business Development Representative also takes and fills orders, manages the order life cycle, resolves problems, and develops business through customer service. Service includes sales, recruiting, screening, hiring, training, conducting orientations, resolving problems and managing employee relation issues. This position will report to Action Group’s Texas Regional Manager and the Operations Manager.

Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of staffing industry experience
- Strong written & oral communication with above-average presentation skills
- Skills in business development, sales, and marketing
- Ability to manage multiple clients
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Project, MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with a diverse workforce and broad client base
- Develop strategic business sales program to pursue and secure
