As the Solar Sales Manager at Action Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability. Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the solar industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in relevant industries.

  • Previous experience in managing solar or other direct-to-consumer sales teams is required.
