ActionLink connects people with the brands they love. Our team of specialty field merchandisers visit Best Buys, Walmarts, Targets, Lowe’s (just to name a few) to service, build, and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft®, Samsung®, Bose®, among many others.
WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
- 32-40 hours per week with guaranteed scheduling minimum of 64 hours of pay per 2-week pay period
- Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays, typically between stores’ opening hours and 5 or 6pm.
- Visits are conducted at a variety of retailers within a 30 mile radius of Laurel
- Best Buy at 3100 Lohr Rd Ann Arbor MI 48108 US is the center of the territory radius
PAY & BENEFITS:
- This role operates on a 2-tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store merchandising task being done:
- $15.00/hour for General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.
- $17.00/hour for Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.
- $10.00/hour for all training, reporting, and store-to-store drive time

ARE YOU A MATCH?

- Strong detail-orientation to follow sets of written instructions and display diagrams
- Ability to work independently without direct in-person supervision as a remote field employee
- Access to reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations within a 30 mile radius
- Access to internet, basic hand-held tool set, and smart phone or tablet with Wi-Fi/GPS
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
