Actium is seeking an Operations Analyst who will support the Customer Success Group (CSG) on a variety of initiatives and projects. The main tasks will include department operations and project management, documenting and creating processes, and ensuring Customer Success Group operations are aligned to delivering on client contracts. The Operations Analyst will report to the VP, Client Success.
Key Accountabilities
- Project management support (non-technical) for client implementations or other ongoing projects related to CSG
- Develops and maintains measurement of department goals and objectives (OKR's).
- Prepares and maintains department reports and various client engagement metrics. Prepare periodic reports for CSG leadership and executive management, as required.
- Project management support (non-technical) for client implementations or other ongoing projects related to CSG
- Partner with CSG leadership to develop resource guides, documents, and templates to be used for client account management and planning.
- Partner with accounting/finance to ensure client invoices and ad hoc billing cycles are accurate and timely.
- Day to day management of projects led by CSG executive leadership, including development of project plans, leading status meetings, presentation development, and monitoring performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain CSG standard operating procedures, best practices, and ways of working.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years previous related experience.
- Client management and executive facing experience strongly preferred
- Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to pull actionable insights from large data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Advanced skills in project management, including a mastery of project management tools such as SmartSheets or JIRA.
- Ability to work independently on strategic issues with a large variety of internal clients.
- Must show drive and self-direction for learning, growth, coaching, and development

Salary : $85,200 - $108,000
