ActivAge Home Care is seeking a strong leader to oversee and grow our Charlotte County service area. We have a strong reputation locally and look to expand rapidly over the next 2-3 years. Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve client care and increase referral source satisfaction.
- Mentors and develops staff members, providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
- Develops, implements, and recommends policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements to support service delivery.
- Collaborates with Sales Territory Managers to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that result in budgeted growth.
- Creates a positive and respectful work environment that attracts and retains top-performing employees.
- Provides effective management and supervision to ensure staff members are performing well and meeting their accountabilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
