Note: This position is Hybrid to Pearl River, New York
Manages, coordinates, and proactively supports the activities of Client Development Team
Responsibilities
- Supports Client Management Directors and SVPs, by maintaining and executing client trade credit reports for select clients. Includes accessing Active’s systems (PeopleSoft, CMS, Datorama PBI, Tableau) and corresponding with media departments to reconcile for accuracy.
- Issues key reports, fields client questions, proactively reaches out to clients and agencies to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Articulates Active’s value proposition and capabilities in an easy to understand and cohesive manner.
- Maintains an understanding of key client’s brands, competition, industries, and marketing objectives.
- Supports and assists the Client Development team including preparing ad-hoc reporting and other duties, as assigned, in addition to effectively utilizing client research and building strategies to help develop client profitability.
- Identifies and implements process improvements among the Client Development Department to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-60,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; concentration in advertising, marketing, or finance/economics a plus
- 1-3 years of related experience required (advertising agency or client/relationship management a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Salesforce a plus

This position does not require any regularly scheduled travel.
