What are the responsibilities and job description for the Media and Traffic Coordinator, Unwired position at Active International?
Overview
This position works with the VP, Unwired Media, Traffic Associate, and Account Directors in the Unwired Media department to provide support on accounts from inception to completion. This role will work to handle overarching trafficking needs for the Unwired department as well as support client coordinating work, estimated split 60% traffic and 40% client.
Responsibilities
- Manages List of clients to prepare traffic list to send to Active’s Traffic partners to ensure all creative and instructions are delivered to stations.
- Responds promptly to any inquiries on missing instructions or creative to ensure stations meet all creative deadlines.
- Follow ups with Clients and/or Agencies on instructions and creative needed to meet established timing.
- Sends proposed schedules into the stewardship program with proper accounting after receiving approval from client.
- Works directly with Account Director to evaluate specs from client.
- Sets up campaign in pre-buy system for buyers.
- Requests the proper estimates and verify billing information.
- Liaises with Account Directors to send proposals to client with all pertinent documentation.
- Pulls all final reports and reviews for accuracy.
- Ensures all orders are processed and confirmed by buying team prior to start of campaign.
- Performs weekly check of the profitability of assigned accounts.
- Reconciles final client billing packets.
- Reviews weekly posts for assigned clients; verifies schedules are posting in accordance with client guidelines and; reports findings to Account Director.
- Uploads final campaign details, prepares and reviews post-buy analyses for accuracy
- Works on ad hoc projects as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related experience preferred preferably in media-related or administrative capacity
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Media Buying software, a plus
- Ability to effectively navigate the Internet preferred
This position does not require regularly scheduled travel.
