What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle EBS Technical Business Analyst position at Activesoft, Inc.?
Job Description
5 years of Oracle EBS experience implementing and supporting at least two of these Oracle modules: Purchasing, WMS, WIP, Cost, BOM, ENG, MRP, Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, iSupplier, MSCA, and Quality. Must be a subject matter expert in at least one of the modules. WMS experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to:
Lead, manage, and participate in cross-functional business projects
Elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements
Document current-state, future-state, and conduct the gap analysis
Develop solution design alternatives, and lead the collaborative process to finalize recommendations
Estimate high-level work estimates and resource required.
Produce key deliverables: requirement documentation, user guides, business process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Train end users on process and system
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques is highly desirable.
Ability to manage small and medium-sized projects with support.
