What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Relations Coordinator position at Activision?
Your Mission
As a part of the Employee Relations (ER) team, you will engage with employees at critical moments of their experiences with the company, helping them address concerns, accommodations, workplace challenges and performance related issues. Also, you will work in close partnership with HR, Compliance and Legal teams to drive consistent ER processes across the organization while minimizing risk and ensuring a positive ethical workplace.
This role reports to Employee Relations Manager, and in partnership with HR Business Partners, you will address complex workplace issues, help strengthen people management capabilities, and provide basic consultation in order to drive improved organizational health and business performance.
Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the statuses of employee claims and cases, ensuring appropriate next steps on each
- Route employee concerns to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner
- Organize employee-related issues into basic categories and gather more information as necessary to appropriately document claims
- Communicate broadly with different employee bases on case statuses
- Coordinate closely with HR and Employee Relations leaders on specific case inquiries and situations, helping to resolve challenges as they arise
- Periodically provide input on how to improve the complaint management process
- Support ad-hoc projects led by HR and employee relations leaders

- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related fields preferred
- Works independently as well as in a team environment

Undergraduate degree preferred
