The Warzone Mobile team is looking for a Producer, Mobile Live Operations to join our Live team as we work to launch one of the most anticipated games in history, helping to lead the production team in the configuration and operation of an ambitious Live Services calendar.
The ideal candidate will be adept at handling day-to-day operations, driving strategies, providing leadership as needed, ensuring improvement, continuity and ongoing success of our LiveOps team.
You will feel equally comfortable operating at strategic altitudes of improving the team workflows and dynamics, as well as providing hands-on responsibilities for areas of operation that need coverage. You have great people skills that will let you step into leadership when needed, and judgment of how to get team alignment on important issues. Your focus is on how to get the right things done in ways that provide a flawless player experience and keep the Live team quality of life and morale high.
- Assist in developing and implementing LiveOps strategies and processes.
- Support team management, including workload distribution and performance monitoring, with hands-on implementation as necessary to achieve season goals.
- Drive collaboration and resolution between production, product management, content and development teams.
- Implement and monitor the handover process for features transitioning from development to LiveOps.
- Own implementation and configuration of LiveOps monetization and engagement content.
- Address daily operational challenges and assist in problem-solving.
- Hands-on review and improvement of execution, tools and processes.
- Able to step in and manage areas of team operations, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld, when needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external collaborators, when needed.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Understands how to operate as a standout colleague in the biggest franchise in the gaming world
- Understands that “Player first, team first” is the best career path
- Understands when to solve, when to align, and when to raise
- Able to work with partners across all the subject areas of F2P gaming - Product, Content, Engineering, QA, Data, Localization, Legal, etc.
- Proven multiple years of experience in live operations and production in the gaming industry.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve quickly and correctly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage a dynamic and shifting set of responsibilities.
- Expert level familiarity with project management tools like Jira and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall project management.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.Salary : $80,800 - $149,400
