Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Analyst within our Information Technology (IT) Department. This position will be located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering and engaging with multiple interdepartmental disciplines to ensure the stability of the technologies & services utilized by the organization. This includes, but is not limited to Computer/IOT Hardware/Software, Communications, Conferencing, Security/Surveillance, TV/Voice, Audio/Video, Life Safety Systems, Robotics, Cellular/Wireless, end-user device management, Network/Wireless service management, etc.
In addition, you will manage and support the inventory of all IT driven and organizational supported technologies/services. Also including configuration, installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all hardware, software, and communication related to the organizations use of its technologies and services. This individual will also analyze and resolve network/server/voice/end user device hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required.
CO160 Corporate Services CenterThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Electrical/Computer engineering, or CIS/MIS is preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Certifications in Data, IS/IT, Security, Project Management, Electrical/Low Voltage, Audio/Video, IOT, or other industry standard certifications are a plus
