Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Administrative Assistant position, Weekdays, Day shift, 32 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering incoming telephone calls, routing both incoming and outgoing mail, and otherwise relieving officials of clerical and minor administrative duties.  May be responsible for managing tasks such as payroll, ordering supplies, coding invoices, and assisting with staff scheduling.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' clerical experience
