Job Responsibilities: Prepare and submit requisitions through CostPoint for the ordering of any new equipment or supplies needed to support facilities and operation sites. Closely coordinate with Corporate Procurement the submission of requisitions and the tracking of shipments from distribution or manufacturer to point of use. Support procurement function and maintain all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services. Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers. Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives Develops and implements efficiencies, standardized tools, practices and procedures, shortening the quotation, RFP and decision-making process and evaluation time. Develops, implements and maintains procurement policies and review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 4-7 years of leadership experience in procurement, setting procurement strategies, driving cost savings and improving terms and conditions Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
