What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable/Collections Manager position at Aculabs?

Essential Duties:
- Reviews receivables aging report and oversees collections of sales managers
- Prepares sales reports by client and balance due date
- Identifies invoice discrepancies and adjusts accordingly
- Reports weekly status of incoming monies to President and VP of Finance
- Maintains a detailed record of collection efforts with clients
- Reports to Director of Operations regarding at risk accounts
Required:
- Fluent in computer programs such as Excel, Google Suite
- Ability to learn
- Must have at least 5 years proven experience in Finance
- Healthcare background preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
