Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Acute Care Medical Transports, Inc is a Medical Transportation Company based in Fort Washington PA and servicing the Montgomery, Bucks and surrounding counties for over 30 years. We provide ALS and BLS Emergency and Non Emergency Transports including Pre-Hospital Emergencies. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).

Basic Requirements:

*EMT Certification- by the State of Pennsylvania

*Current CPR card

*Valid/Clean Drivers License

*Emergency Vehicle Operation Course (EVOC) a plus*/EMSVO

*Able to Use Ipad and Smartphones

Brief Job Description:

Provides patient care in accordance with company policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, directives and standards.

• Responds to all assigned calls in an appropriate, safe and efficient manner
• Complete required documentation, obtain appropriate signatures and submit documentation as required for each assigned call at the end of each assigned shift.
• Efficiently utilizes supplies and equipment according to departmental guidelines; to include the efficient operation of all life support equipment, properly logging in and out equipment, cleaning and restocking units, reporting possible abuse or damage of equipment to the Supervisor.
