Top Chicago land Language Service Provider of in-person, over the phone, video interpreting, subtitling and written translations is seeking a Support Specialist. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, passionate, detail oriented, and accustomed to working with and troubleshooting IOS software and devices.
Responsibility
- Support Specialist will be responsible for an oversight and repair of all repair tickets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' of IT Support experience with over the phone troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Training will be provided on how to perform minor repairs to our equipment
- Must have a reliable transportation for some equipment deliveries
