Financial Treasury Analyst, FP&A

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysis and forecasting in support of business decisions and business cases supporting ACV’s growth and expansion. This role will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams in order to develop, review, and provide analysis for lines of business. This position will be integral to provide insights and analysis to the Executive team and leadership across the organization to help drive operational efficiency and investment prioritization. Additionally, this position will support finance leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making across ACV.Be a key member of team responsible for financial planning (forecast, annual plan, long-range plan, ad-hoc scenario plans) of ACV’s operating expense and investmentsEffectively partner (in form of financial guidance and support) with cross functional teams across lines of business, sales, marketing, product, technology, and operationsSupport development and execution of Annual Operating Plan for assigned business areasReview and analyze spending requests, ensuring budget availability, operational leverage, and alignment with accounting policySupport business partners in month-end close process, including variance analysisMonitor KPI’s and operating metrics for areas of the business to help drive operational efficiency and strategic prioritizationEffectively communicate analysis and key findings to stakeholders and executive leadership teamSupport system and process enhancements to improve our ability to forecast and report on financials faster and with better accuracyPerform additional duties as assigned.Education RequirementsMinimum - 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Finance/AccountingYears of Experience1-3 years progressive finance and/or strategy experienceAdditional QualificationsStrong business aptitude paired with thoughtful analysis to make great recommendationsStrong financial modeling backgroundSelf-motivated and self-directed with strong teamwork ability.Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and a sense of urgencyFP&A experience in a rapidly growing company, tech/software or public company a plusProficiency in creating and presenting concise and compelling presentations in PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite and/or Tableau a plus
