The Financial Analyst will provide company-wide operational support. This position works with our account teams focused on Financial Management including Budgeting, Forecasting, Invoicing, and working collaboratively with program leads and clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead analysis and reporting for the Finance team and coordinating with project teams for reporting capture by updating databases, creating reports, and analyzing data for program management and company leadership.
- Support monthly financial reporting cycle, including actuals reporting and analysis, invoicing, forecasting, and financial close meetings with leadership.
- Identify new ways to add value and proactively take on new tasks to help the Finance Director increase organizational efficiency.
- Support with proposal pricing, development and research as needed.
- Reconcile transitions by comparing and correcting data.
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.

What You’ll Bring
- A BS in Finance or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with and communicating to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with invoicing and using an ERP system.
- Experience analyzing P&L reports, and resource management preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility.
