MyPACE Coordinator at Brunswick Job Corps Center

Position Summary
As the MyPACE Coordinator at Brunswick Job Corps Center, you will be responsible for providing Career Preparation and My Pathway in Achieving Career Excellence (MyPACE) instruction, training, and support to students during the Career Preparation Program (CPP). Your role will involve developing individualized career plans, monitoring student progress, and ensuring early retention and success in the program.
What You'll Do
- Provide supervision, instruction, training, and support to Job Corps students in assigned classrooms/areas.
- Ensure compliance with integrity guidelines and procedures, and prevent any manipulation of student data.
- Conduct effective classroom and/or online instruction, evaluate student attendance, participation, and performance.
- Evaluate and assess students’ readiness to transition to the Career Development Period (CDP).
- Provide comprehensive and individualized case and career management support to ensure student progress, retention, and completion of the Job Corps program.
- Coordinate pre-arrival activities and new student processes to facilitate a smooth transition to Center life.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the Company insurability requirements.
