We are seeking an Installation Scheduler for our home backup generators division. Essentially, someone who will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling crews to install generators for customers. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, including calling customers to confirm installation dates, answering phone calls, scheduling inspections, pulling permits, and building comprehensive job folders for the installation team. Additionally, the Scheduler will be responsible for liaising with power companies to schedule disconnects and ensure smooth project execution.

To qualify it would be awesome if you had prior experience coordinating and scheduling generator installations; but if you have experience coordinating and scheduling the installation of any at-home product that would certainly be a plus!
Additionally, you must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and able to use software programs (you will be trained, but familiarity with various computer programs is a must).
And of course, you must be able to communicate with clients, customers, sales representatives, leadership, etc.
This position is on-site at our office in Elkhorn, WI. This is not a hybrid or remote role. We get to see each other in person every day while we work together as a team!
