What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Adams Exterminators?
Adams Exterminators is looking to hire a dependable, detail-oriented, highly-motivated candidate for our inside sales position. Candidates who are skilled at multitasking, possess exemplary customer service skills, and are excellent communicators in person and over the phone are encouraged to apply. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is a huge plus. The position is full-time Monday-Friday and requires a tremendous amount of customer interaction as well as collaboration with our other sales team members.
This inside sales representative must thrive in a very fast paced and busy work environment. They will be making many phone calls each and every day to existing customers all across Southwest Georgia and Southeast Alabama and offering them pest, mosquito, fire ant, spider, rodent, moisture, and termite control services. They will also be calling on cancelled customers as a quality assurance measure while also trying to reattain their business. This candidate must be comfortable with a multi-line phone system and learning how to use a company-specific software system. The candidate must be very comfortable with being on the phone for hours each day and enjoy sales. Their sales will be rewarded on a commission basis on top of their hourly wage.
