Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for the movement, storage, and control of materials in our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials around the facility.
This job requires physical moving of material transactions that are coordinated in our ERP system through the use of our handhelds and Factory Track system.
Attention to detail in all material transactions is a requirement.
Daily Interaction with plant and room supervision is required.
Timely deliveries, prestaging of materials, daily coordinated moves of materials, packaging and finished goods per the required job schedule.
Skills
- Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Mechanical knowledge for handling and assembling materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
