We are an Accounting and Taxation firm located in West Palm Beach. Continued growth has increased our workload, and we require a Administrative Assistance to assist our team just to keep with the workload. We are looking for individuals that are willing to adjust to a quickly growing business.

- Must be proficient with use of various Office Equipment and Software's and be able to work independently
- Must be detailed oriented
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, experience in Payroll, Sales Tax, Communication Tax, Tourist Tax and other Local Taxes preparation is a PLUS
- Must have good organizational skills. Multi-Lingual is a PLUS. Our clients speak various languages, including English, Spanish, French, Indian & Chinese
- New Graduates from College in Accounting, Economics or Finance Major are welcome to apply without experience in working an office environment. Growth opportunity is limited to your talents
