Our client is seeking an experienced BSA / AML Officer for their site in Wichita, Kansas. This institution is $5 Billion plus and growing. The ideal candidate will have 8 plus years of BSA / AML / OFAC experience and 2 years of Compliance supervisory experience. They will oversee and monitor an effective BSA / AML program. It will be their responsibility to ensure that the bank is current with best practices, regulatory guidance, and compliance practices. This person will direct the BSA department staff as well as review and update the BSA / AML / OFAC and ID Theft Red Flags policies as needed. They will perform quality reviews of the work performed and will be mentoring and setting up training as needed with the Training Department. Reports directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
